GLENSKIRLIE
MEDIA MOMENTS

“Superb service fit for a king….All in all, the restaurant staff do the most important thing that restaurant staff can do – they make you feel properly welcome. It seem that you can get the staff these days after all.”
Teddy Jamieson - The Herald, Going Out Magazine

"Boy oh boy, did I make the best choice for main course. A lovely piece of pearly, translucent turbot topped with a silky, langoustine-filled raviloi in an expert seafood bisque-like sauce on top of delicate asparagus and stir-fried spinach - £19.50 - but worth it."
Joanna Blythman - Sunday Herald

Glenskirlie House offers a sumptious setting and superb cooking... Any chef who thinks it is sufficient to give customers a side plate of waterlogged mangetout these days should be marched at Sabatier-point to Glenskirlie to see what's possible with a bit of hard work and dedication...The cooking is well worth getting dressed up for."
Neil MacLean - Sunday Times

"Top London restaurant standards in glorious Scottish setting. Perfect..."
Saturday Magazine - Daily Record

"Terrific food, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff..."
Tam Cowan - Saturday Magazine, Daily Record.

"This restaurant stands out for sheer professionalism throughout. Exceptional food, well presented - especially the sweet trolley! Proprietor and staff alike really care about getting it right. Little wonder it is booked up weeks in advance."
Judges - The DRAM Magazine's Glayva Restaurant of the Year Awards
